It may just look like a fun house or playhouse for children, but real people lived in here - for 20 years! This home was built in the year 1912 by contractor Arthur Weeden. Believe it or not, the home is only 7’ wide and 47’ deep. And overall its square footage is only 300!

In the year 2007, the home was sold to a couple for $135,000. They later on renovated it to be resold for a price of $179,900. Want to see some more photos of this tiny home? Well, we’ve got a treat for you!

Cozy living room has everything you need in it. A couch and some windows to let some light in. And do I spot a television in the lower right hand corner?

A small kitchen, but it has everything you need. Where is the table? The kitchen table and chairs folds up when not in use. How handy!

And the bedroom. It has a nice bed that folds up into the wall!

And last but certainly not least, the backyard! A nice little patio and no lawn to mow!
