The name New York got its name from Charles II of England when he granted the lands to his brother the Duke of York.
This 7,000 square foot apartment is spread over 3 floors and boasts a few brag worthy features such as the clock tower hands doubling as a window. Those measure between 16-50 feet! This unique home first went on the market in January of 2010 asking 25 million only to downgrade eventually to 15 million. The home was bought by a Columbian born Gallery Owner and art dealer Lio Malca. He worked with the developer for 4 years to make this deal happen.
